From the recent walk from Mardale Head to Small Water, a long exposure shot of one of many cascades over rocks as the stream flows from Small Water down to Haweswater Reservoir – heaven if you like that sort of thing! And there is probably some more if you walk from Mardale Head up towards Blea Water too – I had seen those in the distance on the first part of the walk – next trip perhaps!
Using an ND10 filter to give an exposure time of 13s, the water goes silky as it falls over the rocks – looks good in colour or black and white – I love both!
