A photograph taking during a lunchtime walk last week – taken from what remains of the East India Dock on the north side of the River Thames in London, looking south towards the O2 Arena on Greenwich Peninsula – I had intended for it to be a long exposure shot – the wind was blowing and the clouds would have blurred nicely, but when I was getting set up I found I didn’t have my ND10 filter with me…arrrrgh!

Nevertheless, I think this shot is good result from that walk – I enhanced the sky in Lightroom and desaturated the colours to make the shot even more moody!
