Now for something a bit different!
This photograph was taken back in June on ferry trip from Dover to Dunkirk – a slow exposure while panning from the rear passenger deck of the ship – it was a beautiful, still, sunny day – the smoothest crossing I can remember! Dover is somewhere out there on the right-hand horizon
This is an impressionist type of shot – and I really like it – not my normal sort of photography (most of the time trying to get everything, or as much as possible, in focus!) – but it is sometimes good to do something to left field!
Some post processing to boost the colours and darken the sky with a gradient.

I remember it well!!!! Who’d have thought that was the English Channel……?! E xx
